1. Service Delivery
All services provided by The AI Colony are delivered digitally. These include, but are not limited to:

A service is considered fulfilled once the agreed-upon deliverables have been completed and delivered to the client via email, shared drive, or live publishing, depending on the nature of the engagement.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the strategic and digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or deliverables have been shared.
If you believe a mistake was made or that deliverables do not align with the original agreement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the matter and, if valid, may offer a revision, service credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a booked service or campaign by notifying us at least 48 hours before the agreed project starts. Cancellations after this period may incur partial charges based on work already completed or resources allocated.
